Maira was of immense help to me in finding a spot for my daughter while I work on transitioning back to full time employment. she followed up with me even when other providers were at capacity she made sure I took advantage of every available opportunity while I was getting discouraged as spots were filling out fast. I am glad to have worked with them to securing a spot for my baby with a provider that really cares.

Yes we do!
When are the monthly fees due?
Monthly fees are invoiced in advance and due by the 1st of each month. Fees include absences due to illness or vacation, as well as statutory holidays. For your convenience, payments are made through pre-authorized debit.
When will I know that my spot is confirmed?
Our enrolment process is simple:
- Apply online.
- Our Outreach Coordinator will contact you to match you with a location and schedule an interview.
- If the location is a good fit, you’ll be assigned a Home Child Care Consultant who will send your enrolment paperwork.
- Once paperwork is completed, your Home Consultant will have a Pre-Placement call to answer any questions and review policies.
- You’re ready to start!
If no providers are currently available in your area, your application will be placed on a waiting list for up to three months, with monthly reviews.
Are you enrolled in cWELCC?
Yes we are!
What do I do if I no longer require care?
When you know your child will no longer need home child care with us, we ask you to give the provider and the agency at least a two weeks written notice.
What happens if I am going on vacation or need to pause my child’s child care?
Your fee agreement includes up to four consecutive weeks of vacation to hold your child’s spot with a provider. If care is needed for longer than four weeks, you may choose to pause and re-enroll later, though space with the same provider cannot be guaranteed.
What happens if My child is not adjusting well in the first month of care and I want to take them out?
We strive to provide a nurturing, personalized environment, but understand it may not be the perfect fit for every child. Within the first month, either the provider or parents can end the arrangement with one week’s written notice. The first day serves as a grace period.
