Then we have the perfect position for you! A Home Child Care position with Learning Happens Home Child Care lets you focus on what you enjoy the most at the comfort of your own home. We take care of everything from the daycare set up, to continuous training, support, competitive pay and much more*.

All we ask from you is:

  • To be a supportive educator who can encourage the children to learn by being their partners in the daily experiences provided.
  • To collaborate with LHCCA’s Home Visitor in designing daily routines that are nurturing and support children’s health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with specialized community resources to support and implement the Individual Program Plan (IPPs) 
  • Work with families to understand the children’s needs and create a blend of culture and child development to reflect the four foundations of HDLH.

*As a Home Child Care Provider you will receive ongoing training support. You will be trained on CCEYA regulations and agency policies. A qualified staff will visit you on monthly basis to provide you with one on one training. Home Child Care provider will be supplied with some equipment such as playpens, cots, high chairs, gates, and strollers through the agency.
