The heart behind learning happens

Nadia Nazeer
As the Founder and Executive Director of Learning Happens, Nadia brings over a decade of experience in licensed home child care. Her journey began in 2010 as a Home Child Care Consultant, where she saw firsthand the need for more personalized, family-centered care.
While working full time and raising three children, Nadia earned her Early Childhood Education degree with distinction in 2015. Today, she is a strong advocate for families and providers, actively contributing to quality initiatives, sector working groups, and professional training across Ontario.
Nadia believes Early Childhood Educators are partners in children’s learning, nurturing curiosity, honoring culture, and creating environments where every child can thrive. This philosophy continues to guide Learning Happens’ commitment to high-quality, compliant, and caring home child care.
